504 Care was a great help to me and my family during two difficult times. When my husband was sick, Jennifer took the time to learn about his illness and helped me understand what was happening and how he was being treated. She was always there for us. 

Years later, when I was taking care of my sister, she helped me navigate the insurance and services available to us. She even helped us keep her at home until she passed away. Without her, we would not have been able to manage. I am very grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and commitment to our well-being.
